Spice Village Drayton will be completely refurbished to
the highest standards and boast full air-conditioning and a clean,
modern, elegantly appointed interior designed to enhance and complement

The dishes on our menu will be carefully selected from across the Indian
subcontinent, spanning traditions and techniques from the Himalayan
mountains in the north to the tropical beaches of the south. Here are
